Today is the day

Today marks the official beginning of Insanity ’09, meaning our home addition/remodel project, that we have been talking about, dealing with and praying over for 10 months now. As I type this, there are electricians here finalizing the work needing to be done on the temporary pole that will power us for the next 3 months, and there is a guy cutting part of our driveway to allow the proper amount of room for the footers to be dug when that kicks in, which could be next week.

Our contractor is also here, making sure these dudes do their job right and to be available to talk about questions that are already popping up. We are about to be out of power for a few hours when the very tardy NES genius gets here, which will be fun on a hot steamy morning.

So, with the insanity officially here, be on the lookout each week for updates. I think I am gonna try a post per week on what has happened on site here, with photos, so you can track progress with us, AND PRAY. We will need it.
